When the Hello Kitty toaster finally gave out - it was decided that an adult toasting machine was in order. With all our tasty chickens from the farmers market - I could not resist something with a rotisserie feature. Seems any chicks under 3 lbs fits great as long as we tie up the legs and arms in. I call this Bondage Chicken. We roast it on 400 degrees and after smothering it with butter - toss with salt and pepper and whatever spices you like. We enjoy Rosemary from the front yard! Another fantastic way to enjoy chicken!

Rotisserie Chicken Oh My!
When the Hello Kitty toaster finally gave out - it was decided that an adult toasting machine was in order. With all our tasty chickens from the farmers market - I could not resist something with a rotisserie feature. Seems any chicks under 3 lbs fits great as long as we tie up the legs and arms in.
