Hi All! Here is a side dish that is fool proof and oh so good!
Wilted Spinach
Step 1 - Wash spinach and pat dry
Step 2 - Toss handfuls of spinach into frying pan - remember it cooks down to a 4th of what it is fresh - I give 2 hand fulls per person.
Step 3 - Put on med/high heat - drizzle w/ Olive Oil - add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4 - Squeeze half a lemon over spinach
Step 4 - Toss and Cover until spinach is wilted
Use tongs to move to plate! So Easy and So Good! Its a new way to get your greens if your tired of salad every night! ENJOY!
